Perseverance is the most high-tech rover ever developed. The mission has already cost over $2.4B with another $300M in costs expected

Perseverance brought with it a helicopter called Ingenuity, with which NASA will attempt the first flight on another planet

Perseverance launched on July 30 and arrived yesterday. The trip was 293M miles, and the rover is 10 feet long by 9 feet wide
